This is an interesting pan-European 1979 F1 league with no aids, 100% race distance and an interesting take on car/driver pairings. Basically in an effort to even the field a little, the best drivers are in the worst cars and vice versa. All NBK Owners are competing in this league. Ben is in the Brabham, whilst Karel and Niko are teammates in the Tyrrel. We are one race in, and aprt from the massive power advantage of the ferrari and renault, thing appear to be pretty even.
Details and standings for the league can be found here. _________________ "I don't have any fear of a crash. No fear of that. Of course, on a fifth gear corner with a fence outside, I don't want to crash. I'm not crazy. But if its near the end of practice, and your trying for pole position maybe, I guess you can squeeze the fear ..." Gilles Villeneuve |
